and @queen-elizabeth we started off as an underground "frat" in 1987 but then later through the 90s it developed into a small community of dudes and gals which we collectively decided to call secret society as a play on actual frats/sororities who call themselves secret societies, yet they are no secret at all. We had disillusioned fraternity/sorority members, commuters and on-campus students come into our circle to enjoy simpler, freer times. I believe we have picked up a lot of slack around here when it comes to helping isolated and lost students which started happening more and more since 2004 according to our recorded statistics.

We choose to keep it private and highly selective. However, our new president has decided to go semi-public about a year ago and it was shut down fast and many students acted aggressively towards us because they didn't understand who we were. Yet they claim to be accepting. Anyway, we were not documented or official so the bees sting to protect their hive ya know?
Our advertisements did mention keywords such as "old fashioned", "traditional", "old school" and absolute freedom to have the naught to speak freely (like your site!). Aren't Universities places for intellectual discussion where disagreements don't mean one tells the other to go to hell? Aren't we all supposed to leave a conversation feeling differently or enlightened from the opposing perspective?
We are not even politically affiliated with anything nor are we crazy religious fanatics, we are just freaks with teen/20nteen souls. Yet any conversation, joke, question still gets politicized. The best way to help lost souls is through word and personal invitation. Perhaps we could collaborate towards our same goal.

I didn't know all that, I only pieced together rumors that were good and bad. Most of my intel came from people I knew who lived in dorms. You are very correct though man! You are just trying to get the most social value out of college experience as well as the education with potential to keep those relationships when finished, I get you brother! I read one of the posters you guys put up and it resonated with me more than you can imagine. Collaboration would be great. Take this to private messages though, I have ideas.
