Hello everyone, I am Matt and I will be a freshman in construction management here this upcoming semester in August. I go kayaking in the summer and skiing in the wintertime. But I enjoy bushcraft stuff year-round along with archery and other outdoors stuff. I found this site on google when I looked up student forums or communities surrounding Millersville University stuff. I found many on Facebook and Instagram but many are inactive or just weird and barely interactive. I was looking up those communities because I am nervous about fitting in with this new culture that you guys always mention. I had the misfortune of experiencing this new-age stuff in high school. I also don’t know anyone in the area, but I plan to meet new people in my classes and through this site. If there is anything anyone wants to ask me, I’m all eyes!

Bushcraft is the best because if you are ever in a pickle and society falls then you are in deep shit. And Archery is something I always wanted to get into but its a hefty investment. Instead I do slingshots, which I would assume is similar.
I understand exactly what you mean, yes. I have been in your shoes and was up at 4am looking at groups from MU and all I could find was some cringelords and corporate bullshit. Besides, Facebook pages of MU is mostly full of moms, dads and graduates. Think about it, would someone like yourself ever join one of these pages or groups? That’s probably why you won’t find like-minded people on there. Here, you’ve come to the right place. Use this website as a supplement to finding some based individuals but in-person when in class as you said, is always a classic way to go about it.
